My name is Charlotte Nelson and I got into real estate because it is a fascinating way to build wealth an invest in the future. Real Estate investing has untapped potential whether people know about investing or not. My previous career was in the automotive industry both in sales and inventory management, as well as corporate finance and business development. It is a fancy way of saying I love people! I have learned how to communicate effectively, problem solve, analyze data, and adapt quickly to all types of changing environments. I am a quick study but genuine in all I do. My personal goal as a real estate agent is to be a trusted advisor for my clients so they make the most informed decision with their biggest investment – a home!
On a more personal level, I moved to North Carolina to be near my parents and to establish a life here. I have lived in many places, and I can say with confidence Raleigh has become my home. I am a HUGE dog lover and have two Siberian Huskies, Sapphire and Dexter. My fur babies motive me to live my best life so they can live theirs too.
